The Flemish government provides a training credit for employees. This credit consists of time and financial resources to follow a training course. The training credit includes 4 things:

Discounts through your employer

Some joint committees also fully or partially reimburse a certain training course. Be sure to discuss the options with your employer.

  • Benefits for white-collar workers (joint committee 200):  Cevora
  • Premiums for the banking sector (joint committee 310): Elanplus
  • Premiums for the metal sector (Joint Committee 111.1&2) mtech+
  • Premium for the construction sector (joint committee 124): Constructiv
  • Premiums for the catering industry (joint committee 302): Horeca Forma
  • SMEs or entrepreneurs can use the SME portfolio.

Premium for obtaining your first secondary education diploma

If you obtain your secondary education diploma from us, you may be eligible for a premium. This means that the full registration fee for your course will be refunded. Read the conditions here.

Partial or complete exemption from registration fees

Some students (job seekers, unemployed, people integrating, NT2 students, disabled people, …) are entitled to a full or partial exemption from the registration fee.

We offer various vocational training courses that are recognized by the VDAB. This offers a number of financial benefits.
 

Action 'Good luck with your studies'

For some vocational training courses where you do an internship in social profit, VIVO will reimburse part of your studies. Read more about this campaign.
